Privacy and AI

Google supplies a verified name, email address and profile portrait at sign-in. The portrait is copied into private project storage and is never loaded from Google while pages are displayed.

Learning records are separated from Google identity information.

Reading paper answers are saved while the timed attempt is active and scored when it is submitted.

Writing is saved before any feedback process. AI is disabled unless an approved local College service and release stage are configured.

Students may ask for access, correction, deletion or teacher review through the College support contact.

A verified deletion request requires two different system administrators. Active learning records, sessions and the private portrait are checked as removed without opening response content; completion remains pending until retained backups have expired and both local and external backup evidence have been verified. Providence must still approve the governing retention schedule.
